Position

Artist and designer working across image, object, space, and narrative.

The work centres on constructed worlds and spatial illusion. Architecture is used as a language rather than a subject. Projects move between painting, sculpture, installation, and digital environments, often with embedded text and sound.

Alongside the art practice, the studio takes on selected commissions. These sit in the overlap between visual art, spatial design, and communication. The output ranges from exhibition design and installations to identity systems and web.

Approach

Start with a premise, not a style.

Each project builds its own rules: material, scale, lighting, pacing. Form follows the internal logic of the idea. Illusion, forced perspective, and misdirection are used deliberately, not as decoration.

Narrative is structural. Text, objects, and environments are treated as parts of the same system. The aim is coherence under scrutiny. If it collapses when examined closely, it is not finished.
